Seven things you can book. Three of them are medical and run in sequence; four are support you can take or leave. Nothing is bundled, nothing is a subscription, and the medication is bought separately from a pharmacy of your choosing.

These run in order: one long first appointment, then shorter reviews while the dose is settled, then a three-month review once it isn't changing. A BMI of 27 or above is needed before the first one.
Follow-up consultation plus two email reviews
Once you're on a stable dose. Covers three months of treatment.
Book →The first consultation is the long one, because that is where the history, the bloods and the plan get done. Reviews after it are fifteen minutes — enough to check tolerance, weight and the next dose.
Booked separately, at any weight
None of these depends on a prescription and none is gated on your BMI. Book them alongside treatment, before it, or instead of it entirely.
Initial dietetic appointment
A full review of your diet including total energy expenditure and macro and micronutrient composition, and a plan of dietary changes to support your goals.

Your prescription goes to the pharmacy of your choice and you pay their price for the medicine. If you’d rather have it delivered direct from our partner pharmacy, there’s a small clinic admin fee for arranging that. Current pharmacy prices for every dose are published on the treatment pages, so you can work out the monthly figure before you book anything.

Start with your BMI. It decides whether medication is even on the table — and if it isn't, it will point you at the appointment that is.
